How to Give

There are many opportunities for you to give to HBHA. They include:
Ma’ayan Society
“Ma’ayan” is the Hebrew word for wellspring and is HBHA’s $5000 Gift Society. Ma’ayan Society donors are the anchors of HBHA’s operating budget. They provide the unrestricted funds needed to ensure continued excellence in our educational programming. Click here for more information.

Annual Civic Service Award Dinner
This is the school’s only major annual fundraising event. It serves to recognize distinguished community leaders and philanthropists, as it raises much-needed funding. This celebration is one of the most successful, long-standing community events in Kansas City, and it helps supplement financial aid and general operations. This event is chaired and run by volunteer leadership who work enthusiastically to ensure its success.

HBHA Endowment Fund
Funds earmarked for HBHA's Endowment are invested through the Jewish Community Foundation and ensure long-term financial viability. The annual distribution from this Endowment provides necessary unrestricted funding for HBHA’s programs.

Legacy Gifts
You may wish to make a bequest to HBHA via one of many available planned giving vehicles, such as cash, securities, life insurance, real estate, a gift annuity or remainder trust or a charitable lead trust. Your attorney, financial planner, or the Jewish Community Foundation can assist you in these matters.
