Our Blog

We started the day with musical prayers on the rooftop of our hotel overlooking Jerusalem. We then left the city and headed south into the Negev Desert. We visited Netiv HaAsara, a kibbutz on the Gaza border. There we were treated to an inspirational conversation with Roni Keidar followed by a tour of the border which included visiting an Iron Dome installation.

On our way to Gvulot Kibbutz, we visited the Negev Monument. Once at the kibbutz, we checked in, had some free time, and then dinner.  After dinner, we were treated to a bonfire and toasted marshmallows with the Israeli teens who live on the kibbutz. We ended our night with both groups playing games of basketball and soccer with one another.
