Distance Learning: Middle School
Distance Learning: Grades 6-8
Except for August 31, Middle School students will have Mondays as a work day, which gives them time to work on indivdual or group projects, and to meet one-on-one with teachers as needed. In Middle School, Tuesdays-Fridays will follow the regularly scheduled block classes. Students will need access to their Chromebook device for many of these classes, and should also have a reliable power supply as Zoom and other video meetings use significantly more battery than regular web applications.
What does HBHA's Cyclical Learning Model look like?
During the first quarter of school in 2020-21, Middle School students (grades 6-8) will participate in the Cyclical Learning Model, with alternating weeks of in-person and distance learning (click here for 1st quarter schedule).
