I am originally from Albany, New York. At Barnard College, I studied Economics and I have a Masters in Library Science.  My first career was in a Government Documents library (yes, back in the 90’s everything was printed on paper). When I had my first child, I became interested in Jewish Education and have worked in that field ever since.  English is my first language, but I am a Hebrew speaker and want to make sure that Hebrew continues to be used by the next generation of Diaspora Jews. I volunteer at the Nelson-Atkins Museum of Art on Sunday afternoons, enjoy knitting, entertaining,  exercising and spending time with my family.
Both of my sons are HBHA graduates and are happy with their careers and are close with their friends from school even 10 years after graduation.
