Privacy Policy

HBHA respects and protects your privacy. When you make a donation, your name may be included in HBHA newsletters and other publications. If you do not wish to share your name or you choose to make your donation anonymously, HBHA will not publish your name. Please send an email to the Director of Development, Kerry Cosner, at kcosner@hbha.edu to request to have your name removed from any HBHA publications.

When you donate to HBHA you will receive an acknowledgment of your donation for your records, and occasional email and postal delivery updates. If you do not wish to hear from us, simply email the Director of Development, Kerry Cosner, at kcosner@hbha.edu to request to have your name removed from the contact list.

HBHA website may utilize a standard technology called cookies and web server logs to collect information about how our web site is used. Information gathered through cookies and web server logs may include the date and time of visits, the pages viewed, time spent at our website, and the websites visited just before and just after our website. This information is collected on an aggregate basis.

HBHA has partnered with Authorize.Net , a leading payment gateway since 1996, to accept credit cards and electronic check payments safely and securely for our donors.

Refund Policy

We are grateful for your donation and support of HBHA. If you have made an error in making your donation or changed your mind about contributing to HBHA, we will honor your request for a refund within 15 business days of your donation. To request a refund, send an email to businessoffice@hbha.edu . Refunds are returned using the original method of payment, except cash donations will be returned via check. If you made your donation by credit card, your refund will be credited to that same credit card.

HBHA may change these policies at any time by posting an updated policy on this website.
